Getting AroundThere is a local bus service which operates from Metro Central in Launceston between Paterson and York Streets. Rent-a-Cycle, at the Launceston City Youth Hostel, has a good range of bikes and will allow you to leave your luggage there. One way rentals are also possible as the bike is returned by bus. |

Promair flies from Welshpool in eastern Victoria and Hazelton fly from Sale. Redline operates an airport shuttle into and out of Launceston.
