Aberdeen Motel is conveniently located on the fringe of the Central Business District. Situated a short walk from the Botanic Gardens, restaurants and supermarket, with only a 5-minute drive to the centre city.With such a central location we are only a short drive from the Railway Station, Dunedin Hospital and Otago University, Carisbrook and Edgar Sports Stadium.
Heading down to the Peninsula to see the albatross, penguins and wildlife, it is a 45-minute drive, which is easy to navigate.
We offer 18 affordable and spacious, well-appointed studios, 1 and 2-bedroom units, catering for singles, couples, families, corporate travellers and sports groups.
