Bella Tuscany on Kennedy has extensive exterior fencing surrounds the property providing privacy, plantings of lavender and olive trees add to the Italian theme and private courtyards have been created for some units.

All furniture and fittings are brand new and the rooms are decorated in teal and terracotta colours to give a warm and welcoming "Meditteranean" feel. Stainless steel, glass and white china have been used in the kitchens and bathrooms to give a sleek modern look.
