City Waters Lodge
City Waters Lodge is superbly located on Terrace Road overlooking our magnificent Swan River, less than 10 minutes walk to the city and the amazing array of shops available for visitors to Perth. Situated on Langley Park and close to the cycle path for you to enjoy a leisurely ride around the Swan River. Northbridge, offering a great range of eateries, and Kings Park, offering fantastic views of Perth, are close by. City Waters Lodge offers a good standard of comfortable accommodation with a friendly atmosphere for the price conscious traveller coming to Perth on holiday or business.The hotel has 63 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments. The one bedroom units have separate bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is also separate with gas stove, hotplates, microwave oven and fridge. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, colour TV, air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children. The two bedroom family units have been specifically designed for the family . They contain two bedrooms adjoining with a sound proof door, each with its own TV, phone, air conditioning, table and chairs. One bedroom has a double bed, the other three single beds. The unit also has a kitchen and bathroom.
The hotel facilities include laundry, luggage storage, bike and car hire, tour booking desk, guest fax and photocopying, safe in room, drycleaning, rooms are serviced daily and the reception hours are 7am to 9pm. For guests arriving after 9pm keys are accessed via a nightsafe which is individually encoded. Guests are given their personal code upon confirmation and there is a Night Manager living on the premises.
