This Mediterranean style hotel is situated right on the shores of Lake Taupo with fantastic views of the lake and mountains.There is a total of 51 rooms, 43 of which have uninterrupted beach and lake views, 8 beside the heated swimming pool. Step on to the beach or a private balcony. All rooms include direct dial phone, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio and Sky TV. Non-smoking rooms are available.
Copthorne Resort Manuels also has restaurants and bars. Peppers Brasserie is a casual style restaurant overlooking Lake Taupo. Edgewater restaurant, is right on the lake front, for comfortable relaxed dining with a selection of the finest New Zealand foods, open daily for dinner from 6pm.
