The Garden room complex includes guest house style rooms with Queen sized beds and ensuites. Adjacent are a large guest lounge with open fire, spa/sauna and billiard rooms.

Waterfront Rooms provide enchanting views across the water, King size or twin beds, sofa, easy chair, sitting area, full ensuite.

Waterfront Suites are truly sumptuous and particularly large with contemporary furnishings, dual spas and dual showers, balconies or terraces with views over the pond and lake.

Everywhere there are original artworks and beautiful gardens.

Take a few days to recharge in the fresh air. Enjoy a quiet read in the spacious lounge or on the terraces overlooking the water. Have a hit of tennis followed by a massage and some soaking in the spa/sauna room.

A myriad of bushwalking tracks meander from the property. Nearby are boating facilities, local wineries, excellent artist's studios and galleries, places of historical interest, magnificent gardens and an 18hole golf course complete with kangaroos. Spring and Summer provide an abundance of flowers, fruit and vegetables from our local growers. There is the opportunity to dine alfresco overlooking the water. Autumn's clear crisp days are framed by the gloriously coloured European trees planted by the area's original Swiss Italian settlers. Winter's frosty alpine air encourages walks through mist laden valleys alongside rushing streams and waterfalls, returning to the warmth and comfort of the lounge with its open fire.

Lake House is the recipient of numerous Wine, Food and Service Awards. These include most recently the title of Australia's Best Tourism Restaurant (2000, 20001) from the Restaurant and Caterer's Awards for Excellence and the 'Best of Award of Excellence' from New York's Wine Spectator (2000, 2001).

The Dining Room sunlit by day, boasts magnificent views through its large expanse of windows. At dusk, the kookaburras fly in to be fed on the outdoor terraces. The restaurant glows with the magic and romance of candlelight. A log fire provides a warm welcome in Winter. In Summer, tables are set outdoors overlooking the water, under large shady umbrellas, or in the open, balmy sweet evening air.
