Marwood consists of six individual, private Tuscan-style themed villas and water pavilions plus a fully licensed restaurant. Each of the four Villas and two Water Pavilions are fully self-contained and offer a choice of individual themes and decoré.

The villas feature king sized beds, polished granite bathrooms, fireplaces, romantic lighting, comfortable sitting and dining areas and full kitchens. Water Pavilions are split-level and have the added touch of water babbling around the sunken lounge before flowing into a lily pond at the Pavilions front door.
