All 80 rooms and suites have private balconies and most have views of the sea and the retreat's own 90 berth marina. An extensive list of recreational facilities from billiards to sauna is included.
The food and wine experience is exceptional. Merretts Restaurant delights in being able to take advantage of the freshest of seafood amongst other sumptuous ingredients. The wine list is extensive and many rare classic vintages are supplied by the Anders Josephson Private Wines collection.
Nautical pursuits abound so we'll be happy to help you hire a boat and tell you where the fish are biting. Some of the best deep sea
game fishing spots are within easy reach. The Hunter Valley is nearby, so we can arrange a winery tour. And Port Stephens is a beautiful place to be at any time of the year.
