The Location . .
Enveloped by ancient trees, the gentle music of the sleeping rainforest is a fairytale setting for a magical, mystical and sensual evening spent enjoying a unique dining experience. Guests are greeted by waiters serving champagne and hors d'oeuvres while placing their candle in a candelabra to provide a soft flicker.

The Feast . . .
Guests sit down to dine on an innovative feast of exotic tastes amid the surrounding rainforest, the limbs of the trees reaching across their heads, a mountain river rushing past.

The Entertainment . . .
Playing by the soft flicker of a bonfire, two local Aborigines take guests on a dreaming tale of the forest accompanied by didgeridoo, pausing to allow guests to listen to the sounds and sights of the living forest around them.

The Discovery* . . .
This very special evening concludes with the discovery that FOR EVERY signature in our guest books, we will replenish the forests in which you dine as a tree will be planted through the Flames of the Forest Landcare planting project.

The Departure . . .
...then a walk back through the rainforest to find their way along a flame lit trail to their coach for the return journey home.
